About Me
In this section I only intend to publish trivia about myself. Nothing too serious, just a little background information of the type you normally don't find in other contexts.
The Interests
Too many! I play volleyball, football (soccer) and floorball weekly. Also, I jog and go hiking in the mountains several times a week. When the weather permits I take my skis and go skiing, and recently I discovered the joys of snowboarding. I've also just started working out with weights. I love watching movies and tv-series - especially SciFi. I enjoy programming, with special interest in web based systems. Check out flexipublish.org to see my very own CMS. Finally, I am an amateur photographer with special interest in aurora borealis.

The Job
I'm in IT, currently Head Engineer at the University of Tromsø. I have specialized in various open source technologies, but have no problem working with proprietary technology as well.
The Citizenship
Some would say I love my country very much, and I guess they are right. I wouldn't want to be anything but Norwegian. It isn't a perfect country, none are, but it's mine.
